I'm a UX Researcher and Designer originally from Northern California.

I have spent lots of time hiking and getting to know all the national parks. I still enjoy exploring out in nature, and I have a healthy obsession of rock climbing and skiing.

I was inspired to work in the field of User Experience when I joined the Virtual Reality UX team at University of California, Santa Cruz.

Collecting, tagging and providing recorded data from surgical preparation rooms and live open-heart procedures.

Anesthesia Research Details:

Collaborated with our team of practicing Anesthesiologists
Recorded and processed data from medication preparation tables, before surgical procedures

Cardio-Thoracic Research Details:

Attended and filmed open heart surgeries for ongoing research studies
Tagged and developed databases of surgical video data
Observed and communicated with experienced surgeons, to determine best subcuticular suture methods
Developed digital interface for surgeons to rate suture techniques from recorded surgery data
