My Process:

-Performed User Research to evaluate and develop Competitor Analysis of other Therapy Apps in California. 

-Presented findings to stakeholders: competitor products and most effective user experience designs that achieve user goals (based on initial testing with users)

- Developed a business plan to guide users to their goals

- Created initial paper wireframes, Low-Fidelity prototypes and a final High Fidelity Prototype (interactive)

- Performed 3-4 rounds of user testing throughout prototyping stages
 
-Presented High Fidelity prototype to stakeholders, and implemented final design decisions and modifications, in the final customer facing site
